How to use the inclusive potential of MOOCs to attract women and young girls to STEM subjects? The aim of the MOOC “Fostering women’s participation to STEM through MOOCs” developed in the frame of Erasmus+ FOSTWOM project is to raise awareness about the importance of gender balance in the STEM field and gives hints and tips for the creation of gender-balanced MOOCs and educational content.
