Rapid urbanisation and climate change are some of the greatest challenges our society has ever faced. Uforest Erasmus+ project focuses on promoting and innovating urban forests as crucial contributors to greener, healthier and more resilient and liveable cities.
The Uforest partnership combines universities, businesses, and public institutions. Together, we develop, promote and deliver more inclusive and participatory training to implement innovative urban forestry projects.
Completing the Uforest training (that will be composed by a MOOC, an online course and an intensive summer school in Milan and Barcelona) will make you into better informed, proactive and problem-solving urban forester.
Finally, Uforest aims at maximising the economic, environmental, and social benefits of urban forests.
