The Erasmus+ project FemPower (2022-2024) aims at tackling the underrepresentation of girls and women in the energy sector and at increasing their role in the Clean Energy Transition.
Based on the mapping of the current situation of Clean Energy Transition and gender equality in partners’ countries, the project develops a MOOC, a summer school and a checklist to support the adoption of a gender perspective in higher education curricula in the energy field.
The FemPower MOOC “Gender Equality in the Clean Energy Transition” is available on the Polimi Open Knowledge portal.
