The site of METID - Milan Polytechnic is renewed.
Over the last few months we have been working on a complete restyling, starting with a clear objective: to align ourselves with the new visual identity of the Politecnico di Milano and, at the same time, to take the opportunity to do something even more important.
To better tell who we are.
METID has grown over the years, as have the projects, the people involved and the challenges we face every day. This is where the new website comes from: the need to give order, visibility and a voice to everything we do.
Today METID is the place where the MOOCs and educational podcasts, where we support teachers and experts in the design and production of digital learning experiences. It is also the home of POK - Polimi Open Knowledge, the polytechnic's MOOC platform, designed for students, professionals and citizens who believe in continuous learning. But METID is also research and experimentation: we explore new frontiers such as the’Artificial Intelligence for Education, with innovative formats such as AIbook, AIMOOK and AIDO, to make learning more interactive and personalised. It is educational innovation, because we explore all areas of teaching transformation, integrating digital technologies and new frontiers such as Artificial Intelligence to make the learning experience more effective, active and student-centred. And it is training, because we accompany Politecnico teachers in the evolution of their teaching, offering tools, strategies and new opportunities to face the challenges of the present with awareness.
The new METID website is all of this: not just a revamped graphic design, but a space that finally manages to tell our mission and impact more clearly.
