The PM group deals with all aspects related to the acquisition and management of projects. The activities of RAP are moving, on the one hand, to a wider control of Projects Area, with particular attention to activities of projects scouting and call for papers, creating and maintaining of relationships and contacts with partners and knowledge of funding opportunities. On the other hand, RAP operate in more detail on projects, taking care of technical and economic proposal drafting, of relations with the outside collaborators, of contracts and the reporting, dealing with all the planning and management process. The skills developed by the group relate to their ability to creation of relationships and partnerships, mediation and negotiation, team working and design, planning and monitoring.

Francesca Brambilla Graduated in 1999 in Education Science at the Catholic University in Milano. Since January 2000, she has collaborated with Politecnico di Milano (Poliedra - Knowledge and Training Centres) where she is responsible for design, management and development in financed training projects for enterprises. In particular she dealt with Master courses on business topics, to promote generational shift in Italian SMEs. From January 2005 she collaborates with METID Centre. Federica Brambilla Graduated in 2000 in Education Sciences at Bologna University. Federica gained work experience at the Transit Community of the Correctional Institution in Bologna, her degree specialising in Team Building Methodologies and Techniques. After graduating, she completed a specialist course in personnel recruitment and orientation. Since 2001 she has worked at Politecnico di Milano (Poliedra) on training, e-learning, research and change management projects, and as an organizational behaviour teacher. At the same time, she has specialised in empowerment. Daniela Casiraghi Graduated in Industrial Design in December 2001 at Politecnico di Milano. Since 2002 she has collaborated with METID Centre in collaborative learning field and exploring of new technologies to support teaching and online collaboration. She is a tutor for the Digital Services Design Workshop of the Computer Engineering Degree Online Course.

Francesca Concia Graduated in Classics at Milano State University, Francesca has also frequented a Staff Management Course. Paola Corti Graduated in Philosophy in 1997 and in Science of Education in 2008, has worked as free lance instructional designer, tutor, teacher, project manager in different training projects (online, face to face or blended) for universities, private companies and public institutions. Ada Giannatelli Graduated in Classics at the Catholic University of Milano, since 1997, Ada collaborates with METID Centre, where she is involved in design of e-learning projects. In a particular, she is interested in the integration of Web 2.0 tools in education activities, online collaboration and dissemination of project results. She is member of Side_Lab laboratory for the creative design of digital communication systems. Stefano Menon Graduated in Psychology at the Catholic University of Milano. Alessandra Tomasini Graduated in Biological Sciences in March 2004 at the University of Genoa. She has worked as a researcher for the NURC (NATO Undersea Research Centre) of La Spezia and as a trainer for several environmental groups involved in nature conservation and scientific spreading as WWF, CTS and the Museum of Natural History in Milan. Nicoletta Trentinaglia She graduated in Education Science with address for Experts in training processes in 2003 at the University of Milan - Bicocca. After graduating she specialized in the field of e-learning and international projects, following training for instructional designers and european designer. Since 2003 she has worked as designer and instructional designers in training and e-learning activities in different contexts. In 2004 - 2005 she held two professional experience abroad: a Leonardo Da Vinci Programm in Prague at Komercni Banka (Société Générale Group) and an internship in Brussels at the Directorate General Information Society and Media (DG INFSO) of the European Commission. Matteo Uggeri Graduated in Industrial Design, specialising in visual and multimedia communication at Politecnico di Milano in July 1999. Matteo collaborates with METID Centre since October 2000, where he is involved in web site graphics and design and printed material He was tutor and lecturer for Masters launched via Poliedra (MEM, TPM, EPEL), and in external courses at the Politecnico (IULM, ISI-Master…). He was research student at the Faculty of Industrial Design from 2000 to 2003. Since February 2004 he is the European Projects Manager for the Centre: with this role he participated as local managers at various projects. Since 2004 he has taken various actions in various international conferences, including Online Educa Berlin and EDEN. His specialization is related to communication and dissemination of project results, with a particular interest in the field of audio and video in the Web 2.0 instruments.
