With the kick off on line meeting the third phase of TCube Project designed by METID for ABB staff was officially opened on 27th January. The initiative aims at continuing the training undertaken in the two previous phases (TCube1 and 2), highlighting their achievements and promoting even further the spread of the innovative approach of knowledge sharing as a strategic tool for the company’s business success.
TCube3 intends to strengthen the processes of internal sharing of corporate knowledge based on a training path, designed according to the innovative flipped classroom approach, which sees the participants engaged in three areas: the creation of micro-media content on the characteristics of ABB products to be promoted in the various markets, the realization of thematic webinar aimed to share among colleagues marketing key messages and the use of Yammer, the social network chosen by ABB, to create professional on line communities able to effectively implement knowledge sharing processes.
